These guys are awesome! Super friendly and informative. I had a great experience. Thanks for the shuttle and great costumer service! I will use these guys again next time I'm in oakridge.
I was on the ride/shuttle previously described by Nick Maufe and can confirm everything he has said. Some bikes had only minor damage - broken wheels, etc. and were fixed that day but those in our party with significantly damaged bikes were lead on for months with promises of full compensation that never materialized. Beyond this some of us who had signed up for full day guided rides ended up losing our guides, and/or could only ride abbreviated rides as Randy worked to get damaged bikes and displaced riders off the mountain, no refund of our scheduled shuttle/guide service was offered. I understand accidents can happen, but this company has been disreputable in how they dealt with this situation. Cogs Gone Wild in Oakridge would be a better alternative.
Don't trust this company! In fact, don't use this company! Randy Dreiling, the owner, has refused to pay the $3,000+ damage done to my bike when his shuttle driver drove under a downed tree and smashed 4 bikes off the rack at the beginning of August 2016. He has also refused to pay to repair my friend's bike damaged in the same incident. He does not even have insurance that covers this damage! So your bike is not covered when you ride his shuttles and who knows if you are covered in an accident. You run too much risk when you use Oregon Adventures. If you want a shuttle, use the guy down the road.
Excellent Bike tour group. Great staff and very professional and helpful. I have used them several times over the past 7 years.
They have shuttle that will take u up to the mountains.. we did the Alpine trail and it was outstanding!!! The shuttle was comfortable and the shop gave good overview of the trails.. If I'm again in the area, will for sure do it again.
