I've been spending about $85 a week at this station for 8 years. I've seen attendants come and go, overall their service has been great. Currently, you have a man working for you who really shouldn't be dealing with the public. He's surly and if I see him working, I put off getting my gas or cigarettes until later.
Right now, he has an issue with people "driving through the parking lot"... which is somewhat a throughway from the neighborhood to the highway. In any event, there isn't reall "traffic" through there, so it is a rather petty cause. Admittedly, if I see him when I pull in, I keep going... so I'm guilty. This morning, on empty, I had no choice. It was his opportunity to tell me it's illegal to "drive through"... So, I am writing to you to tell you what the circumstances are the I do this...
You have some great guys there... and one bad apple.
