I have been in this business before to buy full synthetic at a reasonable rate and have always been treated well by the men behind the counter. Today however, I had to call about an abandoned car in my businesses parking lot and had the great misfortune to be exposed to a woman named Sherry. She was unprofessional, sarcastic, rude, snarky, and treated me like an idiotic inconvenience to her day. I do not recommend anyone deal with this woman if it can be avoided. Horrible experience.
Unbelievable helpful. We were enroute to Burning Man Aug 2016 towing a RV trailer and a brake caliper on my Suburban fell off. The brakes had been replaced 380 miles earlier and bolts were not tightened. Chris came to our vehicle 35 miles away and went back to his shop and returned 3 hours later after his other calls with bolts to fix the problem. I'd give him 10 stars if I could. He cares about people.
